1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "tkbet", "we", and "our platform" refer to the tkbetlogin.cam website and its associated mobile applications and services. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person or entity who visits or uses this platform, whether registered with tkbet or not.

"Services" refers to the online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other entertainment activities provided by tkbet.

"Account" refers to a member's personal tkbet account through which they access the platform's services. "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in that account.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on tkbet, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details provided at registration must be entirely correct. Providing false or misleading information may result in the permanent closure of your account.

Only one account may be opened per person. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

tkbet reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-recognised document may be requested for this purpose. Certain services, including withdrawals, may be restricted until identity verification is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory. tkbet may request relevant documents to verify age at any time. Providing false information about age is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

In addition, users must not be residents of any area where online gaming or betting activities are explicitly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for being aware of the legal restrictions in their own area.

4 Account Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

tkbet currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).

After a deposit is completed, it may take a few minutes for the funds to appear in your account. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact tkbet support with proof of the transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit or a tkbet-approved method.

Withdrawal funds from an account will only be sent to the account holder's own payment method. Withdrawals to a third party's mobile number or bank account are not permitted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at tkbet, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once and the same bonus cannot be taken on multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — bonus winnings become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Once a bonus promotion expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• tkbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The tkbet VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on tkbet are conducted with real money. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, tkbet will follow the applicable rules for the relevant bet.

For live casino and slot games, the individual rules of each game apply. If a connection is lost or a technical problem occurs during a game, the result of that round will be determined based on the data stored on the server.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's identity.
• Playing through artificial bets or collusion with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Using any computer program, bot, script, or automation to play games.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Fraudulent behaviour or harassment towards other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, tkbet may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by tkbet

In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, tkbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account. Further action may be taken depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact tkbet support directly. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance, subject to wagering requirements.

As part of responsible gaming, tkbet also offers the option to self-exclude or set limits.

10 Limitation of Liability

The tkbet service is provided on an "as is" basis. tkbet is not liable for any loss arising from internet connection issues, device faults, or disruptions to third-party services.

If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue, the data stored on the server will be considered final. tkbet makes no guarantees regarding market conditions, odds changes, or game outcomes.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of their own position regarding legal restrictions. tkbet does not advise on the legal status of its services in any specific area.
